Video Manual. Adding new Account

 To add a new account, click the "New Account" button.



On the NEW ACCOUNT page, you have to fill in at least the "Name" and "E-mail adress" fields. Based on this data, the field "Identificator" will be automatically filled in. In this situation "Identificator" would look as follows: "Name_email@email.com". However you can also fill in the "Telephone number" field and then "Identificator" would look as follows: "Name_email@email.com_1234567"

You have to remember that the "Identificator" is only made once for each account, during creation. Therefore you cannot edit it in the future. So if you change Name, E-mail adress or Telephone number, then "Identificator" will not change.

You can also see a field called "Parent company" - this means that one account can be "parent" of another account. It means that if you have an account for "Company A" and you are creating a new account, then in the field "Parent company" you can choose "Company A" as a "Parent company".



 When all neccessary data is filled in - you can click "Save" to add a new account, or "Cancel".
