Results are divided into 3 sub-tabs: Requests, Leads and Deals.

Most websites contain different types of forms:
- Contact forms,
- Order forms,
- Request forms.

The most popular are contact forms which are used to contact between visitors and the owner of a website. All contact forms, which are filled in by visitors on a website, come as e-mail notification. They are also stored in the RESULTS section in the CCMS.

Results are an additional tab on the menu.
