Item Management allows you to use media items. It means that you can assign a file or image to items or item variants. You can add as many images/files as you want, however one image/file is per one property. Number of properties connected with Media items is setup before starting implementation process.

You can assign an image or file during creation of a new item/item variant or while editing an item/item variant. You can assign a file or an image during mass edit of item variants. It's very easy. To do so choose an item or item variant and then click the 'edit' button. If you have properites connected with media items, then you will see the buttons 'Assign Image' (for assigning an image) or 'Assign File' (for assigning a file) to them.

If you have new files or images, you first have to upload them to media items.

Assigning image to ITEM / ITEM Variant

To assign an image, click the 'Assign Image' button next to the right property

Select an image from the media items page and click the 'Assign' button

When an image is assigned, you can also unassign it with the 'Unassign' button or assign a different image (from media items) using 'Assign other image' button

Assigning file to ITEM / ITEM Variant

To assign a file, click the 'Assign File' button next to the right property

Select a file from the media items page and click the 'Assign' button



When a file is assigned, you can also unassign it with the 'Unassign File' button or assign different files (from media items) using 'Assign other file' button

Saving changes

Click the 'Save' button to save changes. Otherwise click  'Cancel' to discard changes
