Mass edit Item variants concerns all variants of chosen Item.
 

Mass editing using XLS differs from mass editing presented below:

• Here, in one place,  one value can be assigned to all Item variants.
• Usage of XLS files gives opportunity to modify all items variants, not neccesarily with one value.

To get to the Mass Edit Item Variant page, go to Item Details page (choose Items Database from the Content tab menu, then choose item by finding it in the taxonomy tree or click directly from items overview)

 
Being on the detail page of an item, which variants need to be changed, click the 'Mass Edit Item Variant' button, located in the button list on the top-right side of the page.

On this page you are able to fill in an item variant's values of properties. It is very important to understand, that changes made here will be aplied to all item variants. One value of a certain property will be common to all item variants after saving changes. When the value of a property will be left empty, this property will not be changed.

In this particular example you can mass edit Second Property, Third property, Image property, File property and Price property.

When all changes are approved click the 'Save' button to save changes. Otherwise click  'Cancel' to discard changes.
Both buttons are located on the top-right at the main view.
