Video Manual. Managing media

ContentForces Media allows you to efficiently manage the collection of media files used on your website. It can easily handle different types of media content (documents, images, audio, video,flash files etc.).

 Select the place where you want to insert media

 Click the "CFMediaBasket" button to open CFMediaBasket pop-up



At the beginning you will see the last 10 media files. If you want to see all media or media from a specific category - use the "SHOW MEDIA" dropdown.

Inserting image into page

 Tick the circle next to a selected image



 Click the "Insert" button

Inserting image with hyperlink

 Tick the circle next to a selected image



 Tick the "INTERNAL LINK" square



 Select a link from the taxonomy tree



 Click the "Insert" button

 Tick the circle next to a selected image



Input URL by hand and set up a TARGET (THE SAME WINDOW or OTHER WINDOW)



 Click the "Insert" button

Inserting documents into page

 Tick the circle next to a selected document



 Click the "Insert" button

Inserting media into the Media Basket on the Content Editor level

 Click the"New media" button



 Browse for the file you want to upload, select an instance and category (Quick Search Tags are not required)



 Click the"Save" button



 New media is visible on CFMediaBasket pop-up

To change an existing image (or an image with a hyperlink), click on it and select "CFInsertMedia" from the context menu (right-click with your mouse). Then select a new image (o anr image and a hyperlink) and insert it.
